WHO ARE YOU?
WHO ARE YOU?

Hi there! I'm Jenny, a UX researcher driven by a fascination with how aesthetic judgments and decision-making processes shape user experiences. I am currently advancing my PhD in Experimental Psychology at the University of California, San Diego, where I'm exploring these topics in depth at the Social Cognition Lab.

My research zeroes in on understanding the cognitive processes behind perceiving beauty and how these perceptions influence choices and actions. My aim is to decode the cognitive psychology of design, getting to the core of why we make the design choices we do and how they impact user interactions.

With a strong background in design and a solid grounding in cognitive psychology, I'm eager to bring fresh insights and practical solutions to the user experience field. I see numerous real-world applications for this knowledge, especially where visual design is key to user-product interactions.
